Mussels and Labneh Dip
This 3-ingredient appetizer comes together in less than five minutes, but packs in hours of flavor. It's perfect to bring to a potluck, serve as an appetizer, or throw together as a quick protein-rich snack. Labneh is a creamy, thick, yogurt dip commonly eaten in the Middle East, and it pairs perfectly with our tangy, herbaceous Lemon Herb Mussels (though the recipe works well with our Spicy or Smoked varieties as well).
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of labneh
- 1 tin Patagonia Provisions Lemon Herb Mussels
- Roughly chopped herbs of your choice (such as dill, parsley, cilantro or chives
Putting it all together:
Spread the labneh in a small plate or shallow bowl. Top the labneh with the Mussels and the oily broth and all its contents. Finish with the chopped herbs on top. Serve with our Organic crackers, crudité or toast.
