Product Details + Sourcing

  • Thicker and larger than your average fusilli with healthy dose of more spring this fusilli is created from all organic ancient grain wheat. Notes of toasted wheat and minerals shine through. A slight powdery surface shows our pasta has been extruded with bronze dyes, allowing our pasta to hold sauce superbly.
