Here are some of our favorite healthy snacks, which we’ve turned to again and again for taming hunger at work, at home or on the trail. They’re great for kids’ lunches, too. Think of this page as your online snack store, ready to resupply that kitchen cupboard or add to a lunchbox.

Dried Fruits: Substitute naturally sweet dried organic mango, or pineapple for candy. They’ll supply you with nutrients like fiber, calcium, potassium and vitamin A, charging you up with energy that’ll last a while. Also, many of these fruits are raised in agroforests—multi-crop agricultural systems that restore soil and give farmers additional income streams.

Walnuts: Organic walnuts, whether plain or seasoned, are a delicious source of protein and healthy fats. Mix ‘em with organic raisins and chopped dried fruits for a sweet + savory mix, or just gobble straight.

Nut butters: There’s a big world outside the peanut-butter box! Hearty organic walnut butter can go sweet, with honey or marmalade, or savory, spread onto a crusty roll and piled with crunchy shaved vegetables and green onions. Pair our extra-nutritious sprouted almond butter with jams and jellies, or mix a little into smoothies for rich texture and flavor.

Meat Links: We make two types. Our Lightly Smoked Buffalo Links are made from free-roaming Great Plains buffalo, whose grazing habits restore native grasses. Our Lightly Smoked Venison Links are made from invasive axis deer on Maui, whose voracious appetites threaten the entire ecosystem. Both links are lean, tangy and delicious—no fillers or mystery meat—and both help drive positive change.
