Beericano (A "Beer Negroni")

We used our Organic Lager to make this crisp and refreshing cocktail that's perfect accompaniment to crisp fall air. This twist on the classic negroni is a simple to make, and could be made lower alcohol by using our Non-Alcoholic Golden Brew.

Ingredients: 

Instructions:

  1. Chill a pint glass in the freezer, or by putting ice in it while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Pour the Campari and sweet vermouth in the glass, and stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour the beer into a separate glass. Use a milk frother or whisk to give the beer a foamy top.
  4. Pour the frothed beer into the glass with the Campari & Sweet Vermouth. Mix gently (being careful not to dissolve the foam on top)
  5. Squeeze a little bit of orange in the drink, and garnish with the orange wedge.
  6. Enjoy!
