Cocktails with Patagonia Provisions

We're bringing you a couple of unexpected but delicious cocktail recipes that are perfect for the holiday season (but also the campsite, in our opinion). These cocktails are all inspired by the nature and the bountiful places our food and drink are sourced from: the salty ocean water, the crisp fall air and the Spanish canneries that craft our seafood. 

Dirty Martini Spritz + Anchovy Gilda: this pairing is inspired by the region that our anchovies are harvested and canned in: Spain.  This spritz gets its umami bite from gin fat washed with the olive oil from our Spicy White Anchovies, and it's paired with a Gilda, a spanish skewer bite with the anchovies, olives and peppers.

Beericano: a beer "negroni" made with our Organic Lager is refreshing and crisp to match the fall air. We think our bright and crisp beer works perfectly in this recipe.

Mussels Michelada: our Spicy Mussels give a classic michelada a briny, ocean-y, spicy twist. Pair with a skewer of mussels for even more flavor.
