Step One - Prepare Your Return

If you have the invoice or packing slip, include a copy with your returned item.

If you do not have the invoice or packing slip that came with your item, complete our printable Return Form.

Step Two - Mail Your Return

Send your paperwork and your items to:

Mainfreight Tacoma
Patagonia Provisions Returns
5015 8th Street E, Bldg. A
Tacoma, WA 98424

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Patagonia cannot issue refunds for items lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Refunds will be provided in the form of payment.

Shipping charges are refundable only if products were delivered late, damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong product.  Shipping charges will be refunded in the form of original payment.

How long does the process take?

We will do our best to process your return within 5 business days from our receipt of your returned goods.  Keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer during those times.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit that card for the returned item(s) upon receipt.

For returns that do not have the original invoice, we will use the last known sale price for it's value.
