Tsampa Soup & Wild Sockeye Salmon Gift Box
As much as we love our lightly smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon and Tsampa Soup on their own, we’ve found they’re even better together. So we’ve put two packs of the salmon (one Original, one Lemon Pepper) and four packs of Tsampa Soup together in one convenient gift box. Try adding the Wild Sockeye Salmon to Tsampa Soup before serving for a delicious complete meal, or enjoy them separately. Either way, unopened packages of both products are backpack, boat-bag and shelf stable for one year and don’t require refrigeration. Which makes them perfect for gifts...even if they’re to yourself.
We originally created Tsampa Soup as the ideal high-altitude power food, but we also love it as a tasty side dish for dinners at home. For an extra treat, try adding a drizzle of olive oil and Parmesan shavings before serving. Delicious.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Bring two cups of water to a boil and add contents of package, return to a boil and cook for at least one minute (additional cook time required above 3,000 feet). Cover, remove from heat and wait nine minutes. We like to add parmesan shaving and a drizzle of olive oil before serving. For an extra treat, crumble in some Patagonia Provisions Wild Sockeye Salmon.
About Our Tsampa
a film by Darcy Turenne
We make our Tsampa Soup from organic whole grains and vegetables. We’ve found these ingredients taste better, provide healthier sustenance and help protect our planet. All of which combine to create food that makes us feel good in more ways than one.
