We ship wine, cider & sake to AK, CA, CT, DC, FL, LA (wine & cider only), ND, NE, NH, NM, OR, VA, WV, WY. Must be 21 to purchase.
All wine, cider & sake will ship within 1-4 business days with a transit time of 2-6 business days depending on location. We do not currently offer expedited shipping for any orders that include wine, cider & sake. Please note that if you have ordered any food or dry goods on the same order those items will ship separately, you will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
A signature from someone 21 or older is required for all wine, cider & sake deliveries. Please make sure to have an ID available to accept delivery. Delivery drivers are not able to accept signed notes in place of an individual signing for shipment. If possible, please have your order shipped to a staffed business address for timely delivery.
I missed my delivery, what happens next?
The carrier will attempt 3 deliveries to the address noted when the order was placed, after 3 delivery attempts your shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to the carrier being unable to deliver the package to your address we can redeliver the order for the same shipping cost of the original shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped we will refund the cost of the product to the original form of payment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I ship to a PO box?
Due to the federal law requiring signature upon delivery we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Can I return wine, cider or sake for a refund?
All sales of wine, cider, and sake are final. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can assist with replacing the damaged items.
Can I apply a discount code to my wine order?
Promotional and discount codes cannot be applied to any wine, cider, or sake.
How should I store my wine once it arrives?
Like all naturally fermented beverages, our unopened wines, ciders & sakes are best stored in a dark, cool, and stable environment. Although they were bottled with little to no intervention or added sulfites, their life expectancy mirrors that of conventional wines. The style in which a wine is made, natural or not, is what determines its aging potential. Some bottles benefit from being opened sooner, while the fruit is fresh and still primary; others gain in complexity with time and can age for 10 years or more. Please refer to each wine’s product page for its optimal “drinking window.”
