Warm Breakfast Grains Fruit Cobbler

This warm fruit cobbler, with its sweet crunchy topping, can be made with any seasonal fruit you have on hand—from berries or bananas to apples or peaches.

MAKES ABOUT 6 SERVINGS


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pouches Patagonia Provisions Breakfast Grains (any flavor)
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 
¼ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 4 cups diced seasonal fruit

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a food processor, pulse almonds until they are ground fine.
  • Add Breakfast Grains, sugar, flour and salt and pulse until well combined.
  • Place mixture into a medium mixing bowl, and mix in melted coconut oil.
  • Place diced fruit in a 13” x 9” glass baking dish.
  • Top with crumble mixture.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
