Step One: Cook Your Soup
Bring two cups of water to a boil and add contents of package, return to a boil and cook for at least one minute (additional cook time required above 3,000 feet). Cover, remove from heat and wait nine minutes.
Eat it as is or layer! We like to add parmesan shavings and a drizzle of olive oil before serving. For an extra treat, crumble in some Patagonia Provisions Wild Sockeye Salmon.
