Our Atlantic mackerel, wild salmon and anchovies and our plump, savory EU Organic mussels are hand-harvested in season at the height of their quality. We lightly smoke the catch or add Mediterranean ingredients like olives, lemons and capers, then seal and gently cook in olive oil. The result: delicious, ready-to-eat seafood you can slurp straight from the tin, or add to sandwiches, salads, pastas and much more.
Responsible Sourcing
We find abundant, well-managed fisheries that can handle harvest, guided by rigorous scientific protocols. We’re big fans of smaller fish, since they’re naturally more prolific, and eating them can ease pressure on larger, often overfished species. As for harvesting methods, we choose gear designed to avoid bycatch, and we target specific schools or runs of single species.
