COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Bring two cups of water to a boil and add contents of package, return to a boil and cook for at least one minute (additional cook time required above 3,000 feet). Cover, remove from heat and wait nine minutes. For an extra treat, add grated Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil before serving. To boost protein and add another level of flavor, crumble in some of our lightly smoked Wild Sockeye.
