Kimi Werner's Wild Sockeye Salmon Omelette

Ingredients for 4-5 servings
- 1 (6 oz) pkg Patagonia Provisions Lightly Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon (reserve oil from pouch)
- Local vegetables, such as beans, kale, zucchini, and tomatoes
- 4 Local organic eggs
- Minced garlic
- Cheddar cheese
- Olive oil
Putting it all together
- Sauté local vegetables (beans, kale, zucchini, and tomatoes) in olive oil
with fresh minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and reserve vegetables in a bowl.
- Whip 4 local organic eggs in a bowl with fork and pour into hot pan. Flip
egg then add aged cheddar cheese, sautéed vegetables, and Provisions salmon
with juice from bag. Fold egg over and slide onto plate and share with
someone you love.
